"Two days ago we bought some sports shoes in this store, the next day the shoes were damaged and this store did not respond to exchange the shoes, or refund the money. The store staff was rude, the manager never showed the face to talk to him and they didn't give a solution to anything."

"Beware this store closes at 6:50, NOT 7p like it’s advertised online. I literally was at the store at 6:52 on 10/12/23 to make a return and the guy at the store gate told me that they were closed (speaking to me through the closed gate). I told him that it’s not yet 7 and he said they always close 10 min before “closing time”. What sense does that make???! I told him I’m NOT shopping, and I only had a return. He just shook his head at me, as I’m pleading with him to allow me to make the return, while holding my 4yr old’s hand. I live in another city so to have driven that distance to only have been turned away BEFORE 7 is absurd!!! Very disappointed with their “closing policy”. On the web they need to change the closing time to 6:50. Absolutely ridiculous!"

"I was very disappointed with the customer service. I was not greeted when I walked in, did not have anyone ask me if I needed help and when I look around the employees are on their phones or having personal conversations with each other. When I went up to ask for some help with a shoe size, the employee tells me yes but continued to talk to his coworkers and did not go get my size from the back until he was done conversing and joking around with multiple coworkers. I definitely wouldn’t shop here again."
