"This is the worst CR I’ve been to. All the workers do is talk to each other and take their sweet time checking out. they don’t care to help anyone and rather “hang out” with coworkers. There’s a line out the door and they won’t even open a second register when there’s multiple workers present."

"The staff needs training in courtesy and professionalism. My daughter felt uncomfortable with the fitting room attendant. She stated the attendant was very rude in addressing her concerns. When I went to the counter to pay, the cashier requested assistance because there was a line forming. There was no response from the staff for about 15 minutes. When a staff member finally came she got into a dispute with the cashier in front of paying customers. I felt terrible for the poor cashier. Very rude and unprofessional staff."

"We asked if we could try on clothes. We were told in a rude way the area was closed. No explanation. Then when checking out the cashier was not nice. I mentioned this store has a lot of bad reviews for being rude and got nothing. So I asked to speak to manager. She was not interested in my concerns. So here is my review. Update: after going home I read all the reviews. It appears they have a real attitude problem at this location. And for over a year they say the District Manager has been notified. I guess the DM doesn't care to fix the problem."
