"Horrible customer service at the Altamonte mall location. I would argue a customer spending over $300 on a purchase would be considered valued and easily accommodated. I had a very unpleasant interaction with your desk associate 6798325 (tall and blonde). I attempted to follow through with my return with all tags and receipt in hand. Items were pristine, not worn, and bought within the same week. She chose to ignore one item purposefully stating I did not have the tag/style number attached and refused to return the item. When I clarified the tag/style number was in fact a match to the item and present at return, she mentioned “well that may be it, but I still can’t return it.” Mind you, all prior items she returned in the very exact state with ease. It was, in fact, the correct tag matched to the item and easily verified by my receipt. There should have been no issue with this return. The issue was in fact, your desk associate. I drove across town to return the same item at the Waterford location and had zero issues. Do better, LOFT. Or hire kinder and more respectful staff that don’t act like they hate their life. You just lost a customer."

"If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Let me start off by saying, I have shopped at Loft for many years and have never experienced any issues with customer service until now. Allison, did not show any concern over my returns and had the audacity to proceed with rude behavior. The clothing items were purchased less than 30 days ago and was not deemed as “returnable”. No credit was provided and customer service was subpar. Shop elsewhere."

"First I had two terrible experiences here, but each time I went my sale associate was Morgan. Not a very nice person or helpful. So if you do go, make sure you do not get her. However I had wonderful experience with Sam! She was so sweet and so helpful went over and beyond! Will definitely return for her help. Besides that, I love loft! Has amazing clothing for someone in a business profession."

"I enjoy shopping here and have always been greeted by friendly and helpful associates. Today (12.3.17) I was helped by Sam and she went above and beyond! I had found some items online and wanted to try them on in the store to see if I liked them. Multiple items were unavailable in my size/color and Sam offered to check the back, looked online to see if they were available for order (the sweater was sold out in the color I wanted) and she also called two other stores to try to find the sweater for me. She was friendly, warm and extremely helpful! It was quite the ordeal and she spent probably 45 minutes helping me. Thankfully there were many associates and it was a slow time for the store so I wasn’t holding up other customers. I was highly impressed with her pleasant attitude and dedication to helping me get all the items I wanted. She is amazing and I have told friends and family about the awesome service I received today."

"I went in to return (part) of a very large purchase and was treated very cold. I was surprised because if she took a second to ask why I was returning or viewed the totals on my receipt, she'd have seen I spent a lot of money within 3 days. I didn't want to exchange because I had ordered two sizes of the same pants in 4 colors because I was unsure of size at the time. Also, I just spent $585 from 7/1, 7/2, & 7/3 and didn't need more clothes at the moment. I'm *new to Loft, but now I think I prefer to spend my money elsewhere. I returned $211 of clothing. That still left $374 I spent. What's extra absurd about this is the young associate was dressed more for a party and is not even the Loft target market. I AM the target market: 35 year old petite, professional career and mother. She didn't speak to me the *entire time and was flinging things around and then *smashed my large bag & spoke (finally), "Have a nice da-ay." Wow. There was no line so there was no reason to be so abrubt the whole time. My best guess is she was upset about me doing a return and maybe because the store was pretty empty. She never asked, and put "changed mind," but really it was wrong size. I'm going to upload my receipts. I'm sharing this because I don't want other customers to be treated poorly for doing a return. Also, this review might help (just in case) Loft penalizes employees for returns brought in from online & other locations; because they should not. If they do, that might explain why her energy toward me was so cold and off-putting which is the exact opposite of how I am treated on a regular basis. I am a friendly professional no matter how ill-mannered someone is. I plan to upload a photo of my receipts."
