"If I could leave no stars I would but I don’t think you could. I have purchased three different bullets; two the same brand the third a new one they switched to and they all broke within the first several months. I recently purchased a 149$ Vush toy thinking that would be fun…one it’s not a good product to begin with, a wand would have been a better investment no fault to them. But this isn’t even two weeks old and it won’t charge! I’m confused as to why every product I purchase from here seems to be defective. On top of that one of the woman there made me incredibly uncomfortable one time for being “friendly” to a married couple who were telling me about fantasy fest and a couple of friends who were tying on nun costumes wanting me to take pictures of them for their socials. She wouldn’t let me walk away from her “lecture” and actually grabbed my arm twice to pull back and finish reprimanding me because she has certain clientele that don’t even want to be looked in the eye. I’m very good at reading people and know when not to disturb them. Maybe she needs to learn how to read people when she’s crossed their boundaries and made them uncomfortable. Never shopping here again and wouldn’t recommend."
"Hands down best experience at really any retail store not just adult store. One of the store associates, Zeena, was so beyond helpful. She walked me through every inch of that store and gave me so much knowledge on the products. I had questions that I thought would be uncommon, but she was very well skilled in informing me everything. I never felt judged on anything, I knew she was there but also gave me the space to look around on my own accord. I plan on getting all of my things there whether it’s adult needs or just cute clothes/suits."
