"Must read! So we went to the H&M at the Sarasota mall. Sans outfit that my wife really liked. We decided we wanted it but the only size that was available that actually fit her was on the manikin. The manager abruptly yelled at us at the top of his lungs. When I say, he yelled everyone within 25 to 30 feet could hear him telling us we could not buy the one on the mannequin, and even though there was more on the rack that were just a different size. He refused to switch them out. I highly recommend that HM check the security cameras and you’ll see that what I’m saying really happened. The gentleman is a short gentleman who wears a baseball hat. He was wearing shorts that were mid shin. He would rather lose the sale than simply swap out a shirt on a mannequin. Not only did H M, lose the sale, they lost a customer. I will never go back in again. This happened on April 23 at approximately 3:40 PM. You’ll see the manager walk out of the store. I understand getting good employees is difficult now But you should at least make sure that the manager knows how to deal with clients. Good news is Xpress banana republic, and several other awesome stores are literally walking distance."

"I went to this store yesterday and found this really cute dress that I wanted to wear for my birthday which is tomorrow. It had some makeup on it so I pointed it out to the cashier and she was able to give me 10% off. While she was applying the discount and everything, she was quite snide and was trying to insult me. When she handed me the bag with the dress in it, I asked her if she had removed all of the security tags and she assured me that she had and not to worry if the security sensor on the door went off because it’s been acting weird recently. I definitely should not have trusted her, but I did and it went off. I ignored it like she said and drove back home only to find that the security tag was still on the dress. I live two hours from this H&M and do not have the time to go back this week, so I tried to call the store using the number on my receipt. The phone number was for an online help line and not this specific store, but I asked the lady what I could do anyways. She told me that this was an in store issue and that I shouldn’t have called the online help line. This number is also the one that is linked on this google page despite the fact that it does not say that. I definitely do not recommend shopping at this specific location or trying to call the customer service department unless you did order online. I don’t know whether I should try to go into another mall with my receipt and see if there is any store that can take it off or if I should just wait until I can go back to get them to take it off. My experience with customer service both in store and over the phone was subpar and I was left very disappointed."

"I don’t really shop here in the first place but the day I do… This extremely rude short male working in the fitting room aggressively said “GET OUT THE ROOM” to my husband that had entered for not even 5 seconds and I was fully clothed and about to grab the items and go check out. I worked in retail/management for 6 years.. he could’ve definitely used a nicer phrase and a tone of voice. I get it, it’s his job to follow “fitting room rules” but come on… better attitude next time."
