I called the shop and was told a comb nicked a bump on her leg and caused her to bleed. I was unaware of any bumps and in 7 years of grooming elsewhere, she never had this happen. Grooming had always been a happy experience. My dog was sent home with an open wound on the back of her leg without me being informed. I should have been told about this immediately."
