"The worst customer service from the pharmacist at the cash register instead of first seeing what was going on she assumed and started screaming at us for no reason my whole family tested positive for Covid and influenza A doctor prescribed Tammy flu after calling the pharmacy and explaining I was told not to come in but to give them a call when I got their so I did. After constantly calling them and being told to wait in the parking lot for over an hour I was then told to go inside and make the line and let them know. We did exactly that when I went up to the drop off desk to inform the girl that we had called and we were told to come in and make the line but to let them know she them said ok let me just check on your medication. Now we were not trying to skip the line all this time my husband was in the pick up line I was just informing them as I was told to do so. With in minutes the girl that was at the cash register at the pick up line Carolyne started screaming at me and said you have to go all the way to the back of the line all the way to the back I tried telling her we are already on the line I’m just doing what I was told to do and she said no you need to go all the way to the end of the line. I said to her No we have been patiently waiting on the line and their is no way we are going to do the line again just because you have no idea of what is going on and assuming we are cutting but we are not. She got so mad at me with the worst attitude when our turn came on the line she was rude disrespectful and after I told her you know your customer service attitude leaves at to say she said well it is what it is. I told her I was going to report it because no one should be treated like that she said go ahead I will still be here they won’t do anything to me. It is so sad that this is what we have to deal with now a days shame on you cvs for hiring people who treat your customers bad and allow them to get away with it."

"Great staff! No one’s perfect and we all have bad days myself included. This store pharmacy has a better attitude than any other CVS location! I can’t imagine how difficult this work is and I’m grateful for the kindness shown here. PS They will not tolerate rude behavior so behave. ;)"

"Your supervisor pharmacist Nora is the most unprofessional individual l have ever encountered ! I have been coming to this branch since 2019, due to her unprofessional manner l will be going to another pharmacy . She feels as though she is untouchable and told me several times in front of people / staff “it doesn’t matter who you complain to nothing will get done “."

"The pharmacy at this location has got to be THE WORSE pharmacy in the area. I have gone there several times recently for my prescriptions and they are NEVER ready, even after giving them plenty of time to fulfill the obligation. On Thursday morning, 12/2/20, I called this CVS pharmacy to refill my prescription. The auto attendant asked me for a pickup time and I requested 6pm on Thursday, the same day that I called in the refill request. Today, Saturday, 12/4/20, I visited the store to pickup my prescription. There was a line of people waiting and complaining how they have been waiting a long time for their prescriptions. I jokingly said to one of them that I called my prescription two(2) days ago and that it probably WILL NOT be ready. When the clerk finally came to the counter, she looked up my prescription and told me that it WAS NOT ready, AFTER TWO DAYS!!!! The clerk proceeded to say they were busy. They cannot even get a prescription ready in two days because they are "busy"?!?!?! This pharmacy is totally mismanaged and changes need to come now. This isn't a single case of delayed prescriptions. This has happened to me several times. It happened to several people in line today at this CVS pharmacy. CVS Corporate - It's time for change at this CVS pharmacy location."
