"These people are very kind. My mom has been using them for years and when she had to put her last dog down, I went with her, and they were so kind and compassionate. Recently I had to get my dog checked out because his anal glands needed to be expressed, and I don't like bringing him to places like this because he has had really upsetting experiences with both groomers and vets, but the staff was super sweet and made him feel comfortable! I kind of stopped taking him to vets and groomers as much as I could because he'd always come home traumatized. The vet (Dr. Monk) immediately got on my dog Ernie's level on the floor and connected with him. He is feeling so much better now! I live in Fort Myers so it's a little bit of a drive but it's worth it because these people I know are kind to my dog."

"I was very happy with my experience. I was out of town for business and my friend was watching my fur babies. My ferret started having diarrhea and didn’t look well. I had to scramble to find a vet that would see a ferret. I was so appreciative that this clinic was open on a weekend and sees ferrets. They took him same day without taking advantage and price gouging. The vet, Dr. Monk, was very nice and got on FaceTime with me to go over my ferret’s condition. The staff is also very friendly and courteous. I will now make this clinic the one for my 2 ferrets and rabbit feeling confident they will get great care there."

"We left our old vet due to horrible customer service with not only the front desk, but also with the Doctors. Our experience with Newport was like night and day from the minute we walked in and were greeted professionally. Within three minutes. We were brought back to an exam room with . Immediately a vet tech came in to review all of their records from previous Vet. Within a few minutes Dr. Andrew came in and did a very thorough exam on both of the dogs. We never felt rushed. He gave us plenty of opportunity to ask multiple questions. The office was clean and ran very efficiently. So happy to have found a new Veterinarian office that truly cares about their patients."
