Hyde Beach House 4010 South Ocean Drive, Hollywood, FL 33019

"I rented unit 3505 owned by Ana which is part of the New Hyde Beach property. Beautiful space, but there were also a few mishaps. Upon check-in at the front desk, there are a few fees which weren’t disclosed on the Airbnb site. Ana states in listing that there is a “fixed” amount of $150 which hotel charges as a security deposit, and that info isn’t fully accurate. The hotel charges $110/per night. In my case, I spent 4 nights, so the resort held $440 on my credit card, and $35 plus tax/per day is taken from it for resort fees. Wasn’t an issue, but I honestly think it should be disclosed in the ad. Cleanliness of the condo wasn’t up to par, and housekeeping had to come clean the room properly. On the walk in, there’s a bit of a moldy smell, and toilet in the first bedroom to left kept clogging up. It’s a little sad that this is such a beautiful place, with an amazing view, but the up-keeping of it didn’t match. Also, elevators took a bit longer than expected, and ended up missing my Uber because of how long they took. Love the staff, they were nice and pleasant. At the same time, when trying to contact front desk, it goes straight to voicemail. Imagine being on the 35th floor, but constantly having to wait on a slow moving elevator just to speak to someone. Other then that, staff was amazing from front desk to the bartenders."

"I can Only speak on Outdoor amenities as I was a Day Pass User. However the property & grounds were clean & inviting upon entry. I did notice garage & valet parking. The check/in was a breeze the handsome black guy was very nice. The pool was lovely the hot tub was amazing, huge pretty spacious pool area with many lounge chairs & daybeds for rental. I love the inside basketball & outside tennis courts. The locker rooms & bathroom were clean & safe. The views are amazing! The Only issue was NO real food. There's a outside bar area only selling pre packaged cold salads, wraps & etc. Pretty cool experience in all."

"Great place to be, near the beach. Note however that during some time of the day, the access to the elevator can be quite long (easily 10 min before you get in). At the beach, get there early if you want a chair during a busy week like Christmas for us (like 9-10h am)"

"This was easily my favorite hotel I have ever stayed at. The valet service was absolutely wonderful and VERY efficient with prompt service. The front desk was very helpful and resourceful. The location was absolutely PERFECT around everything and extremely close to the beach. The best part of it all was the view from the room, I stayed 26 floors up and I fell in love with the wrap around floor to ceiling windows in the living room/kitchen. I slept in the living room more nights then the bedroom actually! Lovely vacation luxurious home!"

"Hello Hyde Beach! Thank you very much for the warm welcome! My wife and me had an awesome experience living in this hotel. The girls at the front desk tried their best to pick the room to my liking. Our one-bedroom suite was magnificent: large, spacious, clean, equipped with modern equipment/techniques! The balcony was large and the view from it was simply stunning!
