"DO NOT STAY HERE! THIS EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE! This hotel is filthy and management does not care. They have refused to help me for weeks. They do not take accountability so if you have any issues you are on your own. Blood stains in the chairs, make up stains on the pillows and the floor was filthy. My socks were dirty after taking a few short steps. There was trash left on the balcony. I have notified management through my credit card company and they refuse to take accountability. DO NOT STAY HERE!"

"My husband and I just returned from Grand Beach Hotel last week. We really loved the hotel and location. Bed was pretty comfortable and loved the balcony. My biggest complaint is how dirty the room was that we stayed in. The walls were dirty with spilled drinks splashed on the walls from previous stay(s), among other things. The doorknobs and handles were also dirty. I always travel with cleaning wipes and I cleaned off those areas myself the day we arrived. The bathrooms had no washcloths and only a couple hand and bath towels. We had to ask for more towels and blankets. Food was good in the restaurant and so was the service. if you have a vehicle, know that parking is not free so be prepared to be hustled into paying for daily valet and tip. As we checked out, there was a $65.00 a day service fee for each day we stayed. We were surprised by that daily fee so not sure we would stay at this hotel again."

"We had no water coming out of the showerheads for the first two nights they told us they’re sending someone to fix it on the first day, and then again on the second day, we had to go down to the front desk and yell in order to get another room in the second room The water wasn’t draining so we just gave up and left it alone in general. The rooms look like they need some love and updating. It’s such a shame because this Hotel has such great potential the staff was nice but it seems like their maintenance team is MIA. the Jacuzzis weren’t working Throughout our entire vacation, there was no maintenance there to fix it. Also on the last two nights two elevators stopped working which again they just put a sign and never fix it so you have to plan 30 minutes ahead of time before leaving your room. I wouldn’t book there again."

"Book somewhere else!!!!!!. 4 hot tubs and none of them were hot, neither do the jets work. The adult pool was filled with kids. The room smells like mildew and mold. The shower/bathroom is covered in mold. Couldn't stop sneezing after showering every time. The faucet to the shower is falling off the wall. The faucet to the sink had beard hairs all over it. Lots of hidden fees here. Complained to front desk about 6 different times how dirty our room was when we checked in the first day. Till the last day they never came back and cleaned up the beard hairs. The lock on the door was loose and falling off. The gift shop is never open even tho they say it opens at 9am. It doesn't. ( was hoping to buy sunscreen there) the management does not care about your complaints. The management doesn't seem to care about anything actually."

"Excellent hotel. Love that the beach towels and beach chairs are included. It’s usually an up charge at these hotels. The breakfast was excellent. My only complaint was the dinner at the on site restaurant was high quality but nothing was cooked quite right. Other than that this place is a keeper!"
