"The location is amazing! However, I was charged an extra $45 that wasn't in the policy of the site I booked on. The bathroom was disgusting, I had someone come in to re-clean it and it still was dirty (outside of toilet & shower), no hot water in shower and NO TOWELS, they don't have any if you ask they'll keep stalling and telling you they are coming the next day. Also they keep the air on all night long. Desk clerks were professional, just not good at making excuses."
"This hotel is a joke. I arrived late last night and was greeted with a very rude receptionist. He told us we had to pay another $68 for resort fee plus $100 for a security deposit. Of course none of this was told to us when we booked the hostel (we don’t even consider this a hotel). The rooms are nothing like you see online. We were told we had one of the best rooms and I have never been more disgusted in my life. We asked for towels and the guy dropped. It. On. The. Floor. And then proceeded to give it to us anyways. With all the hair and dirt still on the towels. The toilet did not work, no tissues were provided. The shower only had cold water. The sheets looked like they had not been washed in years. The electricity did not work in our room, the AC was controlled by the front desk. It reeked like weed the entire time. It was a horrible experience. We were supposed to stay for 3 nights, but we ran out after the first night. I would never recommend this “hotel” to anyone, even the homeless. I’m sorry, I wish I can say this was an exaggeration but this is the truth."
"I chose this hotel despite the mixed reviews due to a last-minute need. Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The room’s cleanliness was a major concern, with hairs on the pillows and old sheets. The staff’s demeanor was generally unfriendly, although they were more approachable when I spoke Spanish. The room’s temperature control was a significant issue. On a very cold day, the air conditioning was stuck on cold, making the room uncomfortably chilly. Thankfully, I had my own blankets and pillows. Just a heads-up for anyone considering this place – it might be worth looking at other options."
"We got this hotel because it was the cheapest on the app we were using. We arrived too early since I mistook the office hours 8am-11pm for check in time. Check in was at 4pm but they offered us an early check in at 1pm. Room was small, bed was large. No lock on the door so bring your own. No towels and only one blanket. Considering it was the cheapest around, it was still very nice. You get what you pay for. Elevator was in construction. The staff were nice. And to address the other reviews, people are always rude AF in Miami. It's a working population in close contact with out of touch rich people. Two vending machines and a microwave downstairs. Just bring a hotel door lock, a good blanket, and a towel and you should be fine."
