"Save your money and go somewhere else. Our room was disgusting! The floors ruined our socks and clearly haven’t been cleaned properly in a long time. I do not think the sheets were clean. We tried to use the toaster in the kitchenette, and it started smoking as soon as we pushed the toast down. We tried to make do but my daughter woke up with bug bites and we left a day early. The document provided at check in states that clean towels will be provided daily and trash will be removed daily. We never got clean towels and our trash was never taken out. I gave 2 stars because the location is walkable to a lot. There is not much parking ."

"Check in was super easy. Price was on point. The room was super cute. The pool area is very basic but also cute. I would for sure stay here again!"

"It was great for one night before our cruise. The front desk staff here are amazing. They're very kind and professional. The location is great. It's a short walk to the beach and good restaurants and very close to the bus and trolley stops. The sheets seem to have stains on them that can't be removed and the floors could use some extra cleaning to remove the rust stains under the dining table and in the bathroom. The tiles on the walls are cracked and worn in the bathroom. I didn't have a problem with it because we were just here for a night. We definitely wore our sandals in the shower just because it was such an interesting set up. It felt like a locker room shower. the bathroom and shower are all in one. There's no curtain or tub wall or anything separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom so the entire floor gets wet if you're not watching where you are aiming the removable shower head. The toilet also has a urinal across from it. Overall, I would stay here again because of the location, price, and the staff. It was comfortable for what we needed."

"Very rude customer service. Their suite rooms were at a different location which they had mentioned earlier, however they gave us the wrong keys. So we had to drive back to the check/in location to get new keys. Kept us waiting for 2 hours. Not even an apology from front desk. Very condescending. Wouldn’t even let me speak to the manager. Wouldn’t pick up our calls when it clearly says 24x7 service. Coming to the suite room, the floors were dirty, definitely not mopped in ages. Beds were decent. Parking sucks at this location, god forbid if you get the room in the other location then you have to park HALF A MILE away and also pay for it from 8;00 am to 6pm"

"I want to express that Christopher (manager) went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable at all times and was very responsive when we needed his assistance. Rooms are good and location good as well and beds very comfortable. Many Argentinean cafes around, which was great for us"
