"Nice New hotel. Nick the Valet was awesome. He ran back to my car for me when I forgot my phone and he was quite pleasant about it. Nice young man. Room was nice and new. Location is perfect. Nice bar, did not try food there because anytime I am in FTL, I have to go to Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza, and it's right next door!!"

"Fantastic stay, easy to get to rooms are super clean and beautiful and really spacious. Had a beautiful sitting area where I can hang out. Next time I come down I'll probably have some friends over the room is huge. Close to the airport and very convenient, and all the stuff I interacted with were amazing. I was here for a trade show and I had to do some filming in the lobby and the manager came up introduced himself and let me know that if there was anything that I need at he was happy to help me out or set me up. Wil, at the front desk was amazing she made sure I got everything I needed."

"We Stayed at this brand new hotel on 1/31/24 for one night. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The general manager walked around and was helpful too. Two comments: At the bar they were out of 2 wines I selected. If you are hungry, go eat outside of the hotel. They serve small bites only. The bartender was very nice. Breakfast needs to be rethought - stale croissant, muffins, old bananas are not welcoming and there was no plates to eat them on or butter or jelly. Suggestion: fresh fruit, bagels, cream cheese and you’d be better off. Other than that, a lovely hotel. (The pool was closed the one day we were there. Not sure why). I think this hotel had real potential."

"The service was fine but the rooms were not. And my review would be 3 stars if it wasn’t for the ridiculous price we paid. $350 a night for a hotel room with this many quirks, poor parking, and minimal food options is not a deal. The rooms were very unique and fun in their decoration but were clearly designed by someone who never stayed a night in a hotel. There were light switches everywhere making it a constant game to figure out which worked where. The phone was a struggle to figure it how to use (with no instructions to be found). The shower door was glass with a mirror opposite it making it impossible for more than one person to use the bathroom area without a lack of privacy. Alongside that, the toilet was behind some clever double sliding doors but they were not large enough leaving large gaps for easy viewing. And if you were hoping for privacy by being the only one in the bathroom area, that’s too bad. There’s an enormous mirror on the far wall reflecting into the bedroom area. Although the bathroom had the most amazing wallpaper, it had no fan making it impossible to dispose of unwanted aromas. Lastly it was a struggle to make the room completely dark as the exterior was painted with insanely bright lights and the window shades did not completely fit the window."

"We were the first guests to check in at this beautiful brand new hotel on their very first day. We were early and not able to check in but they accommodated us in every way, which we very much appreciated. The staff is super friendly and treated us like royalty. Our room was perfect and comfortable. I cannot wait to come back and stay here. 12/10 recommend!! P.S. I loved the wallpaper in the bathroom!!"
