"The room was spacious and the breakfast is really decent. Just the water pressure and dust behind the curtains that cause some cough on us were the missing part for 5 stars review."

"A very convenient location by the airport, specially when arriving late in the night the shuttle bus took a while to arrive, it was full, this is due to the popularity of the place. It’s a good value for money. The suite was of appropriate size, fridge and microwave was available, a dining table with two chairs as well. The breakfast was decent, food is not too bad to start the day. Recommended for a couple. It’s an excellent place for a short stay."

"Room was acceptable for our needs. Hotel seems somewhat ragged, but bed and room were clean. Shower area had some black mold, I'm assuming poor design choice as the shower walls are textured. Ceiling showed evidence of several leaks. Hotel offered shuttle service from/to airport."

"Room was dirty, splatters on the walls, dirt and old socks under the pull out couch. Fridge was dirty and so was around the microwave. The shower curtain had one screw on each side holding it up. The toilet didn't work on arrival. The elevators are NOT inspected and didn't work very well. They are over due a year or more. Obviously they need work and they haven't done it to pass. The shuttle was free which was nice, but the driver was not polite. He drive way too fast, didn't use signals, cut people off. He was driving 70 in a 35 by the airport. Just negative overall"

"This hotel was so overpriced for what it was. I feel like we totally wasted our money. We had an overnight layover and I thought the free shuttle would make it worth it to pay a little more to stay here over a lower priced hotel nearby. I thought it would be nicer. I was wrong. First, we had to wait 20 minutes for the shuttle after arriving at the pickup point. The front desk insisted that we couldn't call the shuttle until we were standing at the pickup point, not while we were walking there. So we waiting for 20 minutes. Then check-in was super slow. There was one staff member trying to handle tons of people with slow computers. Finally the room: the beds were super uncomfortable and squishy, as were the pillows. Most of the room was decently clean minus mildew in the shower. We hardly slept because the beds sucked. In the morning, we decided to bail on the shuttle and pay for an uber because we didn't want to risk being late and had to get up so early for our flight. This was a complete waste for a quick layover. If I could do it again I'd stay somewhere cheaper and just take an uber."
