"We had a rough day of travel and arrived super late (or early depending on your perspective of when morning starts). The front desk staff made us feel super welcome and took great care of us. They even reimbursed our cab fee because the shuttle wasnt running when we arrived. I can’t say how much it meant, after such a long day, to have that welcome. The overnight staff is phenomenal and we’d gladly come back anytime we are in Orlando"

"Pretty rough stay here. For the duration of our stay, they had only one elevator in operation. The elevator that worked had a temporary license too, which didn't make me feel comfortable. I have never been on a slower, more packed elevator in my life. Breakfast was really nice. It was so nice that a cockroach was enjoying it too. The staff was very friendly. I am not going to return and I would not recommend it."

"There's no doubt the draw to this hotel is its location. However, what sets it apart from others is their customer service. Kim (extraordinary waitress! the club sandwich is excellent), Jeff and Keith (kitchen and bar) went out of their way to speak to us. However, Marcus went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. This guy has a phenomenal attitude and you can tell he loves his job. He and the others provide world class service."

Efficient and silent air conditioning.i Breakfast with fresh fruits, made to order eggs and plenty of items is very enjoyable. Good gym. Free shuttle to/from the airport (5 to 10 minutes drive)."

"I stayed 5 nights for a convention and overall my experience at the hotel was good. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good, and the evening happy hour was good. The rooms were clean and comfortable with comfortable beds and a decent bathroom. I initially booked a king executive suite, but on the 3rd night the A/C failed so I requested a room change. A standard king suite was all that was available. The staff were excellent at handling the room change. The night prior to checking out I asked to review a copy of the bill to ensure it reflected the appropriate rate each night. I was shown a printed copy and told I was completely credited the room charge for the night the A/C went out. I was not expecting that and was pleasantly surprised. When I checked out this morning I received my final bill and the credit was no longer on the bill, I was charged for the room. I asked what happened to the credit and was told someone must have changed it. That doesn't sound like great customer service to override a credit after informing the customer. With so many options in Orlando, I am not sure I will stay here again next time I am there."
