"A phone, a lamp, an electrical outlet, and the sink not draining, so all were not working properly. There was no front desk because they were renovating that area. I had massive mosquito bites that still itch four days later. Plus, the entire back area was a jail with barbed wire. The exterior has been painted and looks great."

"Horrible experience. The only good thing about this place is the location. The first room we stayed we didn’t have to use the card to open the door, the door didn’t lock. After spending an hour and trying to convince the lady in the front desk (by the way, the lobby was under construction and they were attending in a bedroom) we got a new room. Both rooms smelled disgusting. No breakfast available, and the “excuse” was that we hadn't paid for breakfast. At the time we made the reservation, they were advertising “free breakfast” and they gave us a nag with one apple, a water bottle and an yogurt. Not a place to stay specially with kids. The faucet in the tub was loose, and the water didn’t flow. The AC made so much noise. Next time I would find a place more reputable."

"DONT USE THIS HOTEL. They don't have a reception area so we had to sit outside for 4 hours with a baby. They wouldn't let us into a room or let us do early check in like every single other hotel does. The place looks run down/dirty, the rooms are terrible and dirty. Looks and feels like this place should be in a ghetto. They don't say anything about being right next to a PRISON. The staff is very rude and don't care about their customers. Raised our reservation cost without telling us."

"This is the worst hotel you can stay at in Orlando. In addition to the cockroaches, they keep testing the fire alarm and waking me up in a panic. I went down to the front desk and the lady was no help. She could have given a warning that the alarm was being, but instead all I received was an attitude. Absolutely the worst hotel in Orlando. By the way, they charge you a $42 admin fee when you get here. Do not stay at this hotel."
