"If I could give a negative star they would absolutely get it. They are all about money do not care about their guest and will not be understanding in any situation. Do not book them!!"

"If this place is considered a 4 star hotel it must be by mistake. Nothing about this place exudes luxury or quality, the owner pictures on the website are misleading- check the pictures from reviewers. The only reason we are giving two stars are for the lovely Manager, Jimena, and her front desk team. All were courteous, helpful, and attentive! After the experience, Jimena booked us in their sister hotel and comped our stay. When we arrived at Urbanica Euclid we were given a room that was completely filthy. Stains all over the walls, not just scuffed from luggage, but also bodily fluids. There were coffee spills on the table and cabinet that had not been wiped down, as well as on the headboard. Luckily, the staff immediately offered to move rooms. In the new room, the furniture was stained. The repairs made to the room are apparent- a coat of paint throughout could have fixed this. Is there no Director of Housekeeping or Director of Maintenance who does QA checks on their staff’s work? In the new room, the toilet leaked every time we flushed. By the third day, we mentioned to the staff and were again offered to switch rooms so they could address it; again we agreed to switch. When we went to access the room to pack our belongings, our card keys didn’t work. We tried another and another, none which opened the door. The concierge tried as well, multiple times, to no avail. We sat for two hours for a locksmith to open the door. Other reasons this hotel doesn’t deserve four stars. Walls are paper-thin; you can hear everything. Super thin windows to the street means you hear all the cars driving past at night- good luck getting sleep. Hopefully, you aren’t on the second floor (like we were) because you can also hear every conversation in the restaurant from your room! Toilet paper is a super cheap one ply and towels are so thin too. General upkeep throughout the building leaves a lot to be desired- ripped carpet and stained walls. The only amenity on site is a steak restaurant, and you have to walk two blocks to get to the pool or pick up bikes. If you are looking for a nice, 4 star hotel, this is not it! Avoid, avoid, avoid!"

"I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. Got there very late at night. Was given an “upgrade” to this room. There are scratches all over the walls. Scratches over the floors. Stains on the headboards as if someone spilled coffee or something and it was never cleaned. There’s NO door handle to the patio. The curtains are dirty from dragging on the floor. The lights in the bathroom stopped working after taking this picture. The mirror in the bathroom is rusty on the side and falling apart"

"What a great experience we had in the URBANICA Euclid Hotel. With only a 5/7min lovely walk distance from the beach, the Euclid Hotel offer minimalist and cosy rooms. The front desk team is great who recommended us nice spots and things to do in Miami. We loved the stay so much, we modified our plans to extend our stay for another night."
