"Fringe location near high end waterfront but also several homeless in the immediate vicinity but not a problem at all. Or room was beautiful with a great view but the AC unit made a horrific whistling sound after midnight. Good place to stay about 15min and~$15-26 Uber to cruise port or airport"

"The check in experience was a breeze and very pleasant. He made sure we were are room was accommodating. I enjoyed both breakfast and lunch and the restaurant staff was very friendly. And the room was extremely clean and beds very comfortable. I had very good rest during my stay. I will always consider them as first choice whenever I am in Miami."

"Checked in fairly late on Monday, the person at the desk checked me in. She spoke so fast regarding the amenities fee and credit. Tuesday I spoke to someone she explained clearly and I was ok with that response. Wednesday I went down for breakfast, a young lady walked up and said buffet is closed and looked at her watch. I said I had no idea about a buffet, I just want to get breakfast. She said I could sit anywhere, it took them about 10 minutes to assist with my order. She told me I could go back to the buffet area and get coffee or if I wanted Starbucks. My food came, usually toast comes with butter and jelly on the plate, not in my case! Thank goodness I'm not a big fan of bread, however after I was half done, the waitress comes and ask if I want butter and jelly. I told her the butter wouldn't spread on cold toast and as I was eating a few people came in. She joked and told the man "oh you're a bit too late for the buffet and told the others sit down and I'll fix your coffee!" She made sure they were taken care of, unlike the service she provided me with!! I try not to make things about race, but clearly I was the wrong color to get good service and those guys were perfect for that! She was supper nice to them, asked if they needed anything else! Me I got "oh, here's your check whenever you're done" first and last time to come here!!!"

"The hotel is in an amazing location, super easy to reach everything. Very nice rooms, clean and I love the free bike rental! The staff was incredibly nice and helpful! Rooftop bar staff was also sweet! The only downside I had was the rooftop bar food - as an European I found the food on both nights I tried way too fatty and not that great. Pity! But then again, you don't have to eat it, and just enjoy the nice bar great view."
