"I wanted to rest for 2 nights in a good hotel and I got very disappointed. 1. On my door I put do not disturb, and I have received calls from reception asking me if I wanted them to do my room. That is unacceptable. Even cleaners knocking on my door!! 2. The room service food was really bad. I didn’t know that it was actually possible to fail making a club sandwich. Super dry, the amount of ingredients was so small. Also, next day I order breakfast to give it another try. I got charged 70$ for a breakfast! I got my breakfast without any piece of bread, I called them saying to bring me some toast or something. They came back trying to charge me another 16$ for 2 toasts! Ridiculous! I also asked for mushrooms, they brought half of 1 mushroom only…… 3. At checkout, I look at the bill they tried to charge me 26$ for parking. I told the guy I don’t have a car. Instead of saying sorry that’s a mistake, he said you had someone visiting you! When No one came to visit me at the hotel!! 4. Walls are super thin. I could hear everyone next to me including music from downstairs or up. Over hall, I’d say it’s poorly managed or staff is not properly trained. I come from the industry. If that was a 3 stars hotel, I’d understand. I paid 1000$ a night!! At that price better be impeccable."

"We decided to book a last minute staycation for our anniversary. This place was a pleasant surprise. Service in Miami is hot or miss and everything about the service here was pure luxury. The staff is absolutely exceptional. Every singe one. They make you really feel like you are at home. Its very cosy and warm, like your staying with friends. Not a hotel. We are excited to make this a new annual tradition for our anniversary. Darren went above and beyond for us. We will not forget any of the staff here - but he truly made our anniversary special."

"We stayed here for our wedding weekend & got rooms for family as well.. first off, the service is DREAM worthy. every single person we’ve dealt with on this property has been world class. bellini was outstanding. our rooms are outstanding. darren at the front desk went above and beyond for us.. ABOVE and beyond. parking was great & just overall this is our new place to stay while in miami. don’t stay anywhere else, just stay at mr. c. completely worth it all."
