"This hotel is on the other side of the airport but close to restaurants and shopping. The rooms are simple and spacious. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast was good and hot. The ladies who restock the food are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you have a cruise to catch or business on this side of Miami Check in was quick and easy, they hold 50 a day to be released when you check out."
"The accommodations and service were excellent and on par with what I expect from the Hilton brand. The location was ideal for access to the airport, a short walk to the grocery store, and a quick bite to eat. I especially want to commend Josve Espitaleta on the extraordinary service he provided during my stay. He went above and beyond to secure my ride from the airport to the hotel after shuttle hours. I am extremely grateful for the extra attention and consideration he gave to meeting my need. I will definitely book here again."
"HORRIBLE experience. Rude inconsiderate front desk. When I checked in I was not acknowledged as a Diamond member let alone simply a retired big Honors member (for YEARS). The digital key did not work in 2 of the 3 elevators which they acknowledged but didn’t advise of. I was at desk twice and then asked for a key and was told I needed a photo ID. But I just was there to check in. Then going for my ID to get a key I got stuck in the elevator for 45 min with my kids and had to wait for fire department. Front desk did nothing. They were rude to my wife. Once we got out, not even a basic apology!! Then we went to the upstairs bar/game area. The pool table felt is ripped and beat up. So we went outside to sit down and tripped on a tall foam strip at door wheee there is NO sign. We sat down and then noticed bugs crawling all over the furniture and one of the cushions had dried blood on it! When we checked in another couple was upset because the hotel told them to park their truck outside right in front of the door and then their truck was stolen. The lady said it was “too bad” and asked for a photo of the truck parked there so she could verify! The couple was irate and hotel staff did not care one single iota!! What the hell is going on with this place?!?! How do you get stuck in an elevator for 45 min with 3 kids and after the fire department pulls you out between 2 floors and the front desk says NOTHING!!!!! What was good? Big bathroom and no carpet in room and then leaving this place!!!! After our next cruise we will not be taking here!! Awful"
"Stayed here overnight before a cruise with friends & family. The lobby and staff were extremely friendly & courteous. We arrived early and need to check luggage however I didn't feel comfortable in that process. There was no locked area and one tag for over 7 pieces was concerning. Other guests who checked luggage were walking back & forth to the designated area. The rooms were large & clean. No carpeting in the room was a HUGE plus!! There's no ice bucket nor microwave in rooms which was slightly inconvenient but not a huge deal. Hotel is in walking distance to food & pharmacy. Great mall is a 9 min Uber away."
"We are Hilton Honors members and always choose a Hilton property when we can. We chose this location because of the cruise port and airport shuttle service. The staff was accommodating. Rooms were very clean. And the complimentary breakfast was pretty good. I love the split plan (Tru and Home 2 combined). It was our first time seeing this and we really liked the concept. There's a few chain restaurants and a very good Italian restaurant just a few steps down the sidewalk from the hotel. The price point was perfect, so we'll be staying here again when we fly back to Miami for our next cruise."
