"The property is nicely located right near the airport, and the room was clean and spacious. My recommendation is service-based though, and thanks to Marco at the front desk. He was attentive and very friendly - which was a nice way to finish up a day of flight delays and cancelled connections."

"We are 2 women and book this hotel for an overnight prior to a cruise. I was Very disappointed regarding safety concerns. I always check windows and doors. There were 2 windows wide open. We were on the 2nd floor. This room had an adjoining room. The room I was in was unlocked, so the people in the next room could of easily walked into our room. Really. really disappointed, I let the front desk know that evening, as we checked in around 10-10:30pm. I also reported it in the morning, when I was asked how my stay was. I stay here on Feb 6, 2024."

"I missed my connection on my way to Costa Rica, so the airline gave me a choice of 3 hotels to stay at, and I picked this one. Although I wasn't thrilled to delay my vacation, the service provided at the hotel helped to make up for the inconvenience. They sent a shuttle to pick me up within 15 minutes of me calling, providing a seamless check in, and the rooms were very clean with a comfortable bed and toiletries provided in the bathroom. The hotel offers a delicious array of items for the complimentary breakfast it offers as well as a pool and a gym with some free weights and a couple cardio machines. It is located within walking distance to a grocery store, several restaurants, pharmacies, and shops. All the staff were very friendly and hospitable and of course, being close to the airport, made it easy to catch my flight the next morning."

"We found the staff to be nice and hard working. The breakfast was delightful, bountiful, and well-stocked. The fitness room was tiny. Pool looked nice but we didn’t go in. We had to change rooms due to a cleanliness issue and our second room had a minor issue also. We had a 2-bed suite (good size space) but the double beds were small for a couple and too firm for our taste."
