"A good place to stay. The hotel is older, but it is still fine. I slept well enough. The room is dark and quiet at night. The beds are comfortable and clean. Lots of bathroom countertop space. Typical Hyatt breakfast, which is good. The location is good, near many restaurants and a grocery store. It is in a nice neighborhood. Free parking. Wifi was below average. It was around 5Mbps, but I could not stream a TV show without interruption. I paid 9500 points per night."

"This was a great place to stop on our way to The Keys. We had just driven 14 hours with 2 kids! The weather was great! The staff was super helpful and kind. The morning breakfast was wonderful. We would definitely stop again!"

Upon arrival, I encountered a pricing discrepancy between the front desk and the online app. Additionally, as a member, I was disappointed to find no option for an extended checkout. The elevator situation was inconvenient, with only one functioning. The breakfast experience was marred by a lengthy line, even for early arrivals. Furthermore, the cleanliness left much to be desired, with hairs found in the shower and on the bathroom floors and baseboards. Overall, a less-than-satisfactory stay."

"I had a 2 week stay at this hotel, and I absolutely LOVED the experience! First time staying at a Hyatt hotel but it will definitely NOT be the last! I want to start off my praise for this place by recognizing the employees! The employees at the front desk were always very knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. Isaiah and Brian (Bryan?) always went above and beyond to make sure clients were taken care of. They were always patient when clients had any questions, managed to always stay professional, especially during rush hours. They made working as a team look as natural as breathing. It's clearly obvious that they like their job and they WANT to give everyone the best service they can provide. Shout out to them for making my stay fantastic! Regarding the amenities (I'm sure I missed a few), they have a small gym available, and it was always clean and organized. Breakfast was available everyday, and the options were always great! The hotel is in a very convenient location, there are SO MANY restaurant options around. I really appreciated that I was able to walk to different places for food, deserts, and coffee. Overall, I loved my stay at this hotel and I am very happy that my company booked with them!"
