"This was our first time staying here prior to a cruise. The hotel looks somewhat updated but mismatched pillows and decor that is tacky. The pool was dirty and not open. There was a bar, but it never opened. I basically slept there. I got up and left for our cruise. For the price amenities should be available. Will not be back."

"The rooms are large but so very dirty. The carpets are nasty, stained, dirty and smell. The elevators are a health risk. I don’t think they have ever been cleaned. It seems they forgot the very basics of hospitality. They advertise shuttle service but it’s actually UBER they call for you which is fine except they have limited hours. This could be a decent property if it were cleaned."

"Really Cute, I love the colors, the high ceilings, they have free coffee, and they "Sell" breakfast sandwiches at good prices. They have a pool table in the lobby and a large sitting area to watch TV and it has a bar. If you smoke, you only can smoke outside, which they have an area for, because it's a smoke free hotel...which is nice. They have plenty of places to eat in walking distance."

"We did a stay, park and fly. The room was comfortable. The staff at check in were helpful and friendly. Our car was left on the property for a week and there was no issues when we returned. It was a short easy trip to the airport. The hotel does not have an airport shuttle. They did give a complimentary Uber car to and from the airport. We are staying with them again. This time we are heading on a cruise. I feel confident that we we be having the same great service."

"We stayed overnight before leaving for a cruise the next day. The hotel was convenient to the airport and the port. There were restaurants and convenient stores within the block. The hotel was nice, expensive for one night, but we were told that is because of Art Basel the same weekend. Anywho the front desk people were nice and friendly and the room was clean and comfy. Great experience!"
