"The staff here is excellent. They have good prices on rooms which are clean with comfy beds. I rent here by the month because due to convienence and location. I would recommend to anyone, especially working class people like myself. 100 times better than having roommates."

"We waited for the manager to return to the property to check in, very small rooms, concrete wall (felt like a prison cell), very small tv, two towels in a room with two double beds, nothing but one very small bar of soap, no ice or soda machines, no bathtub (only shower). This room was way over priced by three times. We were going to stay two nights, but NO WAY. Not recommended."

"Not the Ritz Carlton, but very affordable clean and the staff for some reason feels like members of my family. They truly do care that you are satisfied and comfortable during your stay. Thank you Melanie, Brandon and most of all Josephine."

"Very basic place. Spartan for some but the room has a refrigerator and microwave and small TV. I thought we would save some money and go to a campground tonight. The campground for a spot of dirt and a picnic table was $50 Plus $26 for the KOA membership equals 76. A dollar more than I paid here! The KOA cabin 149 + 26! And that is very spartan. The manager here was wonderful, the room was clean and it was quiet. One of the beauties of this place is that you are right on highway 41. This means that if you're going to Key West are coming back from Key West the scenic route you are right where you need to be! There are a number of restaurants hey Big Lots and market and plenty of things around if you need to eat or get supplies. We recommend this place. That said, don't expect Hilton. Expect a small basic Motel that is clean and friendly. Wi-Fi was excellent."

"It was great small motel. Very clean. Easy to get into and out of. The owner went out of his way to help me when I got lost on way down to the motel. I booked through Expedia and got a fabulous price. If I'm ever back in the v area I would definitely stay again."
