"I have had a group staying here for 2 months. From my fist contact with the hotel staff to arrange return vists and credit card authorizations through end of year, the service has been great. The hotel staff is very professional and friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to accommodate my last minute needs. The hotel is clean and inviting. Narish and Marcus have been just wonderful to work with. Great role models for hospitality environment. Thank you!!!!! I would highly would highly recommend this hotel for short or long term stay."

"I stayed here for business, and I have stayed in tons and tons of hotels as I travel a lot, so here is my honest review..... The good: On check-in, I was greeted by Marcus, which was very friendly and professional. He was a great beginning to my stay. I was on the fourth floor as I requested. Walking to the room was pleasant as the hotel was clean and there were no foul ordors. Breakfast is simple, typical, grab and go, and continental breakfast, so don't expect a fancy breakfast or tons of options. It is free. Coffee was good! You're about fifteen minutes away from downtown Tampa and Tampa General Hospital. The bad: Upon entering, I automatically felt the stuffiness in my room. It was very humid. I was itchy until the a.c. temp dropped blow to 71, and I was able to go to sleep. It is a pet friendly hotel, so if you have severe allergies, don't do it, but I will say the carpet was clean. They have a full kitchenette, which is very ideal if you plan to do some cooking in your room. However, my dishwasher still had dirty dishes from whoever stayed before me. I waited until the next morning to tell somebody, and the man said "oh housekeeping forgot to run the dish machine." I explained it wasn't a big deal but that I thought he should know so that it could be addressed and he procedded to ask if the dishes were clearly dirty And then ask me if I wanted to run the dish machine to wash them. I immediately told him there was no dish soap, sponge or dish machine soap either way in my room to which he responded "I am so sorry they didn't put that in your room" and gave me a packet of dishwasher soap. What kind of customer service is that? For the 3 days I was there, not 1 person came to address the issue. Or even ask me how everything is going. That is the problem with customer service these days. My shower floor definitely needs scrubbing, and after I would shower, the steam would show all the fingerprints left over on the glass panel in the shower, which, by the way, were not mine. Housekeeping never came around to even take out the trash as I'm not worried about changing any linen, so I had food trash in my room for the 3 days I was there and noticed tons of other rooms just put the trash outside their door and 2 days later were still there. I also got 2 shower gels (1 was completely empty) and 1 shampoo, which I was hoping I could use Conditioner because I forgot mine."

"I didn’t realize this place is on stilts. Also, the pool gate was stuck so bad we thought it was locked. It was also in a very tight privacy fence-lackluster and small. There wasn’t a hair dryer either. The breakfast was ok. Felt more like a days inn trying to be fancy. The ac was a wall unit that kept shutting off and on, which kept me up at night and my allergies were so bad there for some reason: didn’t get a good night sleep"

"It's always a great experience staying here. The attention to detail in the hotel and room are not overlooked. All of the personnel are very polite and pleasant to speak to. The breakfast is great and the area is very clean. The beds are so comfortable! I have stayed here plenty of times and I'm never disappointed."
