Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando-Ocoee East 7474 West Colonial Drive, Orlando, FL 32818

"I don't usually review Hotels, I travel 40 weeks a year. Avoid this place. Toilets barely flush. Water pressure is awful. Internet is the worst I've had in over a year, like walking around the room with your phone in the air looking for a signal bad. Took 40 minutes to check in. Went to room with first set of keys, didn't unlock door. Went back down to lobby, asked if I had been given correct room, yes and here is a new set of keys. Back up to room, 2nd keys don't work. Back down to lobby, wait for desk clerk to get maintenance guy. Back up to room with third set of keys, still don't work. Maintenance guy meets me there and pops front of door knob and tries to use computer to open lock. Loud banging from inside the room, angry deep voice tells us to stop breaking into his room. BACK DOWN to Lobby to wait another 10 minutes for clerk to give me new room. Three tries to get into an occupied room, asked the clerk twice if he was sure no one was in there. Oh and the elevators are insanely slow and some of the elevator call buttons don't work. Big apologies to the original owner of room 203."

"Bad place. Room reeked from smoking, we were too tired to go change. The building has no sound insulation, you can hear everything in the rooms next to you. Door closing sounds like a gunshot loud. To top it off, no hot breakfast, "oven is broken" and no tub, just shower. Stay away."

"When checking-in a squatter was in my room. Valerie from the front desk gave me room card keys twice that did not open. On second attempt, someone answered the phone inside the room and after knocking the door several times a person opened the door. This squatter had some physical resemblance to front desk employee. I immediately left to a serious hotel after realizing someone checked in without my authorization, plus somehow he checked in w my information, and was already in my room. I booked with Expedia this room, confirmation is 72705881707010."

"Hotel and room were clean, reasonably priced. Comfy mattress & pillows.Hot breakfast with pre-made omelettes, sausage, potatoes. Normal asst breads, muffins, yogurt, cereal. Located a bit off the highway without adequate signage in a not so attractive area. Missed the driveway the first time around. Some chain restaurants within walking distance. About 8 miles from downtown Orlando. I'd stay again."

"The hotel was clean & Receptionist was very nice at check in. I’m from Miami and came to Orlando for a wedding. We got hotel about 1am and it was full of young people smoking pot and screaming . We had a group of about 12 guys outside our window till like 3 am. No security ?"
