"Great location and staff are excellent. A little older and small bathrooms but clean. If your on a budget and want a quality place to stay this is it. Heated pool, small arcade, small laundry. Can purchase tickets to all parks here as well. Quite time is enforced 10pm to 7am, very much appreciated. Will be returning next visit to Florida. Great value."

"Great hotel for the price. We got a two bedroom suite and it was very roomy. Areas were clean, staff was very nice and attentive. Great area near the parks. Didn’t take mine, but looks like they are pretty dog friendly. Only downside is there are no elevators so it kind of sucked having to go up 3 flights of stairs after a day at the parks but for a weekend I didn’t mind."

"Rooms were spacious and not bad with kitchen, we visited with two family and stayed together, many restaurants and Walgreens are nearby so it’s good. Rooms need upgrade and repair, in our room curtains was not in good condition and also kitchen faucet was broken but somehow we managed. These small things should be taken care."

"We stayed here for a week and had a comfortable stay for the most part. Our room was tidy and spacious. The resort is a little older but we didn't find anything particularly wrong with it. The locations great with lots of shopping and restaurants within a very short walk. The pool area was clean and well-lit. Housekeeping could absolutely be improved in several areas. We were told that Housekeeping would visit our room Monday, Wednesday and Friday which for us meant two visits over our stay as we checked in Friday. We found our room tidy upon arrival- the shower could have been rinsed a little more thoroughly as it still had some cleaner in it but nothing too serious. All Housekeeping did both times during the week was replace towels and empty the trash. They did not clean anything or replace any supplies. We had to go down twice for basic necessities including toilet paper, paper towel, coffee, dishwasher tabs and hand soap. I can somewhat understand not doing full cleans every visit but they should at the very least ensure the room is tidy and basic essentials are replenished. A quick wipe of the counters, toilet and a restocking of the basics would have improved our stay tremendously. They also parked their cart at the bottom of the steps to our room and left it there for sometime which is not only inconvenient but could be incredibly dangerous. Overall, our stay was fine. The front desk and shuttle concierge were fabulous- warm, funny and very accommodating, the location couldn't be better and our room was quiet, comfortable and secure. If Housekeeping was more thorough and considerate of the guests needs, our review would have been better."
