"I was a late arrival at 10:30 p.m. and had to wait no more than 10 minutes for the girl to come unlock the privacy gate at the office and let me in. There is a high amount of traffic in and out 24/7 in this building as I tend to think that they rent to long-term people. My room was on the first floor right next to the main exit to the stairwell and to the outside of the building ...with that safety bar clacking on the door the door slamming 24/7 ,it was a real distraction from getting a good night's sleep. It's a fairly new building, within the past 8 years. The rooms are a step above minimal. they do have a microwave, sink ,and mini fridge ,and a two-burner stove top. Other than that the bed was comfortable. TV works, but the room just seemed like a dorm room in college to be honest.... especially for the price.Yes, I would go back... but not as my first choice, second ,or even my third choice."

"This place has no customer service at all. We had a room booked and paid for. We got there a little bit late and they had a phone for late check-in. When we got someone on the phone we found out they rented the room to someone else. They did not offer an explanation or anything and we had to find another place after struggling at 2 am to get rooms elsewhere. The parking lot looked like people were just in their cars waiting for drug deals or something. We have been here before and will never come back again."

"Yep…once again, another bad hotel experience…and we haven’t even stayed the night yet. Within 5 minutes of being there, the cable is out, someone else’s soap was still in the shower, there are 2 dead roaches in the bathroom (and 1 in the hallway), there were literally zero towels in the room. Hopefully it’s a safe neighborhood because it was poorly lit and no visible signage from the road. If we weren’t in town visiting family and hardly even in the room, we would have complained and left. Do yourselves a favor, stay someplace else, this is NOT the quality I’m used to experiencing from the Extended Stay brand. Update after re-reading some of the other reviews. How has the tvs being out and roach infestation been an ongoing issue at this location for months? This is an atrocity and a shame, I hope that if this location belongs to a franchisee corporate still retains some level of governance to compel some corrective actions. We shall see indeed."

"I advise AGAINST staying here at all costs. The place is NOT taken care of and the majority of the staff do not care and have a poor attitude. The woman who checked me in seemed annoyed and wasn't sure they had a room ready (even though I was 4 hours later than the earliest check in time). Every interaction with her or other staff (with the exception of the man who checked me out) acted annoyed and burdened by my presence. One employee was sleeping at the desk the two times I passed her. The hallways appear clean, but that is the extent of the cleanliness. Many areas of the room had a thick layer of dust (particularly the range hood) the floors felt greasy, there were no towels or soap. The range hood did not work, nor did the microwave, cable, and bathroom vent. The microwave didn't event have a plate in it anyway. Because of the bathroom not ventilating, when showering, the steam caused the room to get moist and stay moist despite having the AC on and cracking open the window. The bed was actually wet because of it. I dealt with the other inconveniences, but checked out early once the bed still hadn't dried after over 24 hours. The elevators are not up to code with the license having expired 2.5 years prior (8.2021). and the tracks were not cleaned as there was gunk built up. The outside lighting is very dark. The Name of the Hotel isn't even lit up and the driveway into the parking lot has no lights whatsoever. All of which are safety issues. People crowd around the front door and smoke so you have to walk through then and the smoke to get in and I witnessed multiple drug deals happen in the parking lot. While the following is not the hotel's fault, it should be noted that the noise level outside is horrendous because of the 408 being right next to it and people racing up and down it through the night. If you can find another place to stay, please do. Hopefully, for the sake of the people there with no other option, this company does something about this location and at least gets it up to code."

"When we arrived in our room there were cockroaches everywhere (including one on the bed); glitter, hair, and crumbs all over the bed and in the sheets; and there was a yellow stain on the toilet. Clearly this room hadn't been cleaned and someone had eaten and slept on the sheets without them being washed. Don't waste your money here. There are many Airbnbs and other hotels in the area for similar prices that are much cleaner. The staff was polite when we asked for a refund, but they didn't have any other rooms to put us in for the night. That left us searching frantically for a place to stay."
