"We booked a stay with breakfast included through Booking, only to find out on the second day that they no longer served breakfast, even though we had already been charged for it. We tried to contact the hotel manager about this issue, but she never responded to our emails. We were at the Orlando parks during her working hours. Days after the manager did not respond to our emails, we spoke to a "new manager" at the front desk. She apologized for the breakfast issue, saying that we would be refunded 15% of our total reservation in cash at check-out (the same payment method we used to book the reservation). At check-out, we were told that a cash refund was not possible and that we would be given a check. They alegated that this "new manager" had made a mistake and didn't know the hotel processes. They did not take into consideration that we would have to travel to Argentina to cash the check. We explained that this was not a viable option for us, but they refused to budge. We had to argue for about an hour about this inconvenience before they finally agreed to give us the money that we were owed. On the other hand, when we arrived, the Wi-Fi only worked if you were standing by the door to the room. Once you entered the room, your phone would no longer detect the Wi-Fi network. The front desk told me to "call support," even though Wi-Fi is a service that I was paying for as part of the reservation cost. They still refused to take responsibility. I had to ask to be moved to a different room to be able to get a better signal from the router. The room had a kitchen but in case of wanting kitchen supplies, you had to pay for them. This was in contrast to our previous stay at a hotel in the same chain, where those supplies were provided to us free of charge. I would not stay at this hotel again, even if they offered me a free stay. Terrible attention and service."

"Excellent for a 2 night stay at best! I spent 1 night. Price is totally doable. Staff super friendly. Yes, I saw a small roach, I read the reviews before I booked& I was prepared for it; had my roach spray. I had my own breakfast cuz I have to eat specific things, but honestly they're so many food spots close by, it's fine that this hotel doesn't have breakfast anymore. Parking is a breeze. I'd book in the future."

"I stayed at Extended Stay in Orlando Maitland at the 1760 Pembrook Drive location from Wednesday October 4, 2023 to Friday October 20, 2023 we checked out at 1:45pm for 411. 39@a week. Our refund for the 2.5 days was 37.86 My husband and I were supposed to be there until Nov 3 but THANK GOD my apartment was ready early. First off there were roaches in the room one crawled up my arm. The toilet backed up and all they did was hand me a plunger. I went to the front desk on Friday October 5, to let them know the refrigerator was leaking on the inside and I was told that they would switch it out. Never happened all they did was hand my towels for the leaking. We endured all@of this to only receive 37.86 from this horrible service. We have always stayed at Extended Stay however never again. I will be giving my google review today. Horrible customer service. The cleaning people blocked the hallways and when you say excuse me they just rolled their eyes and didn’t move. When my kids and grands come to visit us this hotel will not receive the business."

"I booked a 3 night stay at the 1766 Pembroke location while my son was having heart surgery. Chose this location because of being close to 1-4, reasonable price and decent reviews on Expedia. The first night there were a lot of people just hanging out in parking lot, backdoor to the building was propped open, and the smell of pesticides etc. was horrible. I was exhausted so I did stay that night because I needed rest due to my son's situation. I didn't feel safe as I was by myself. I literally put furniture in from of my hotel door. Later that night I woke up with my throat and sinuses very irritated. Fast forward to night 2 the smell of pesticides etc. was even worse. I asked to be moved to another room which they that did. Upon my arrival at the next room. I noticed what I could only guess was dried blood all over the bathroom counter. I left right away. I wanted a refund so I could move on. No manager on sight and never received a call back either after I was told I would hear back in 48hrs. They took my money for that 2nd night too. Beware of this location. Still having sinus issues 3 days later."

"There was rarely anyone at the front desk. When I first arrived I waited about 15 minutes for someone to show up and assist with check-in. Then when I returned to my room on the day of check-out my room key was not working and once again there was no one at the front desk. I had to call the hotel number and ask can someone please come to the front desk and give me a new room key. As far as the quality of the hotel I would say you get what you pay for. It’s not a luxurious hotel by any means however they do supply you with the basic essentials and you can request additional items if needed. I will not be returning here and I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone."
