"Was living there for 7 months and It was awesome my daughter loved it on my days off took my child to the pool I always keep to myself so no one bothered me. I recommend this place to anyone. Very peaceful and quiet as, long as you mind your own business and live your life to serve yourself your stay will be immaculate"

"I wasn't allowed to check in! Long exhausting day and when I arrived I was informed that even though the room was paid for by my company I was to pay a $100.00 damage deposit further more it had to be a credit card and by me in my name. They wouldn't allow the company to cover it. Ridiculous!"

"The location said Orlando not Altamonte Springs... The hotel looks like it belongs in the hood. Window screens pushed out. Day 1: Hotel seemed OLD OLD OLD and the room needed to be renovated. The telephone in the room did not work! We noticed that the bathtub had rust in it and it was dirty as if it had not been cleaned and the TV wouldn't turn towards the beds. I informed the hotel staff and the white girl was rude because I complained. We requested to use their dishes, pots, and pans which was very used. I called prior to arrival and asked if I should bring my own and I were told no. You could have purchased better at a Goodwill store. Days 2: We asked for toilet tissue and were told that they did not have any...what hotel runs out of toilet tissue! The very old two burner hot plate stop working so we couldn't finish cooking. Again, another white girl was rude. I decided to take the high road and not go off on her. We were told by the hotel workers that they didn't have keys to the supply closet and that the Housekeepers were not there daily. They also didn't have a maintenance man on duty. The workers said that the Manager wasn't on duty and we asked upon arrival, at night, and on both days that we were there. they didn't have a key to the supply closet, a maintenance person wasn't available... This was too much and a Manager/Supervisor were NEVER available. People lives in this hotel. You are either a hotel or an apartment complex. Extended Stay America - Orlando - Maitland - Summit Tower Blvd is also over priced. However, I do take some responsibility because I didn't do my due diligence, SMH."

"Places simply awful. Run. Out of virtually everything all the time... Coffee, creamer, plungers, quarters for the laundry. Could not care less. Every hallway reeks of pot. Dirty used towel on the floor in the bathroom upon check-in and the toilet seat lid left up as though someone had just used it. All the furniture in my room has tears. Toilet clogged in my room so I asked for a plunger and they told me to find it myself in the trash room which was so overflowing with trash. I think the trash ate the plunger. Every morning, even as early as 8:00 a.m. 5:00 to 10 guests are standing around. Waiting for more coffee to possibly get made by staff that really don't care. Asked for a plate and silverware to eat my dinner. Never came. Had to eat my dinner like a savage. An hour later. Decided to try and do some laundry. Went to the front desk to get quarters and they have none. This was the same clerk I had asked for the plate and silverware from... Don't even think he noticed that he never brought me that plate and silverware. The little bit of money you might save book in a place like this is simply not worth it. Pay an extra 10 to 15 bucks a night and you can stay somewhere way better."

"This place is complete garbage. The receptionist needs to be fired first off. The front of this place smelled like a dead animal, hallways smelled like corn chips, and piss. This place had dirty linen, no towels, no bedding on a sofa bed, and the ac did not work. I'd never stay here again, and I damn sure would never recommend it to anybody I know. Matter of fact I'm gonna let them know about the garbage, from the bad service that started from check-in to the nasty rooms..Never again and il make sure any sister properties of this place I'm staying away. What a horrible experience for my family and I. Just replace the entire staff and management. Trust me, any 5 star review on here is a lie, I guarantee you it is.."
