Castle Hotel, Autograph Collection

"Everyone is so friendly! Beautiful castle and decor. Checked out the pool even though it was chilly outside and raining. Plenty of parking and close by to everything you want to visit. Loved the king size bed, large tv, the relaxing shower and views out the window. Wish we had more time to use more amenities but one night was excellent."

"This is a decent hotel…even somewhat nice. That being said, for an Autograph-level hotel I was expecting a little more. Two of the three staff I interacted with were great…the other one was passable. The level of luxury/opulence left something to be desired. I guess overall it is sufficient, it just doesn’t quite reach the level of excellence I was expecting. Great location though."

"I absolutely loved my stay here! We stayed here for a work conference and I fell in love with the charm of the property and the staff. The staff was exceptional and made me feel welcomed and valued. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful and functional. I appreciated all of the little touches that made the hotel beautiful. I would recommend however toning down the fragrances in the lobby area though. I am chemically sensitive and it was incredibly overwhelming for me the perfume level. Essential oils work just as well and are non-toxic!"

"Fantastic hotel. Location was great, rooms were comfortable. We had no issues during our stay. I never did get credit towards my elite status for marriott. Kids loved it so I would stay again without batting an eye."

"The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, situated near all major attractions. However, the hotel itself appears a bit dated. While the beds are satisfactory, the overall cleanliness of the room leaves something to be desired; other areas don't feel as clean as expected. On the upside, the hotel does offer a laundry room for convenience. One notable feature is the opportunity to view Disney fireworks from the rooftop. It's worth noting that parking is available but not free, and there isn't any gate control for the parking lot."
