"The toilet supply valve leaked so bad it was like a faucet running. The fan bearing was going out and would stop all together on low speed. The tub was rusty. The AC has NO insulation and you feel like you are outside. The shower dripped. The sheeting did not fit the bed. Worst of all the two wash clothes I grabbed were stained. One with brown streaks and the other with makeup. The hand towel had a red stain. The lady at the front counter seemed irritated when we asked for another room. I nearly cancelled my Hilton membership over this place. On the bright side, the room they moved us to was slightly better because the fan worked."

"3.5 stars. Thomas was great with customer service. He was really trying to keep the line down and was very attentive. The only issue was our room wasn’t ready when we arrived last 4pm. He switched us to another room, same exact kind of room, just a different room number. That was fine. But inside it smelled like mildew. It hit you as soon as you walked in the room. About 5 minutes I was used to it, but still was unhappy about the smell. The boyfriend said other rooms likely smelled similar if ours did and he said he smelled the same smell when we entered the hotel, just not as strong. So we didn’t try to get switched again. I didn’t notice until we got to the room, we turned the fan on and thought that might help but it didn’t. Smells are a big thing for me and it just didn’t smell very clean. Everything LOOKED fine, but looks can be deceiving."

"The key machine was broken so we had to be escorted to our room to get in for 4 days. There were no washcloths. Lotions and soap bottles were not refilled. Room wasn't cleaned, just bed made - no new sheets in 4 days. Parking was $12/day Breakfast was $16/day When we needed to extend one day due to a sick person who couldn't travel, the room rate almost tripled. The manager said he would adjust the cost of our stay because of all the inconveniences, but he didn't. HE LIED! Will never go there again. No hospitality whatsoever. They are all about money."

"This was my first and last time staying here. THIS IS NOT THE EMPLOYEES FAULT! This hotel has a great and accommodating staff. We were not able to get a key to get in to our room the whole weekend of our stay since the key system was down. They were accommodating and had someone walking us to our room to open our door but we always felt guilty when they were busy. The walls are thin and the connecting doors let in so much noise. We could hear our neighbor in our room and couldn’t sleep until 3 AM because of the noise. Its not even a complaint about the neighboring room its the actual room that lets in so much noise. Water from the shower was dark the first time we turned it on. No water bottles in the room."

"Property nice , staff very nice and informative about the area and what their is to do and the best way to do it . We had and clogged toilet. They came immediately to fix it with no problem loved our stay. 2 queen beds and wonderful view , room had an little odor , but not and little room spray couldn’t fix it, they also have an full bar and restaurant downstairs that was open when everything else was closed at 7 pm. We enjoyed our stay"
