SureStay Plus By Best Western Orlando International Drive

"We stayed here and went in to Disney from there. We loved the location! The room we were in was two queen beds and a kitchen and had a pull out sofa. The bathroom was super outdated and quite frankly we didn’t bathe our children in it cause it looked filthy. It had hair from previous guests on the walls of the bathroom. The kitchen also had garbage left behind from the previous guest. We were travelling with a baby so we needed a pack n play for our stay. The gentleman that serviced us had no idea if they had any and when he did find one it was broken. We were toyed with saying they had more and they would deliver it, but once we returned from the parks they had none. They were not able to accommodate our need for a crib and ended up having to co sleep with the baby. When also had to come down to the lobby to pick up the broken pack n play and linens since they weren’t staffed. The service was probably the worst I’ve experienced. Friendly enough staff but I’ve never had to go down to pickup linens for our room."

"We only stayed here for a night after some plans changed, and I wish I had booked somewhere else. When we got in, the poor lady at the front desk has been there for 12 hours straight already, because coworkers didn't show up to relieve her and management was not helping her coming up with a solution other than her having to stay way past her shift was over. Despite this, she was incredibly helpful, kind and respectful; I would only give her and her only the 5 stars. Room wise, it wasn't clean, sheets were stained, there was hair on them, and the bathroom stunk like weed. The mattresses were impossible to sleep on, and we woke up with a lot of pain in our backs."

"Would definitely return next time I visit Orlando. Very nice staff, very clean rooms, no carpets, nice location to walk to cheap and fast food restaurants. Very worth the price. Moderate, reasonable distance and safe, enjoyable walk to Universal. Stayed in November. Avid walker."

"Beware, this hotel uses pictures that don’t accurately show the hotel amenities and rooms. Honest review, for the price and location it’s great. Free parking, free breakfast, shuttle service, great location for the parks. However, I’m giving two stars because this hotel purposely has pictures that are taken at an angle or with extra lighting to make the rooms and outdoor amenities look a lot different. We definitely feel like we were tricked. Pool is a lot smaller than pics as they’re all taken at an angle but has a great bar that has good prices ($6 beers/wine $12 sandwiches). The outdoor deck area is closed and looks like in a condemned state. The pond next to it is also in bad shape. The room itself is small which is fine. The bed is comfy and no issues with the bathroom or AC. We also had no issues with bugs or mold. However, the chairs and couch in the room are very much stained to the point where it is a health hazard. There are no electrical outlets to use either in the room other than the one next to the sink. Overall if you’re on a budget and planning on being at the parks mostly and just need a place to sleep, this isn’t a bad choice but don’t expect to see what’s in the pictures. No issues with staff. All were very helpful and nice."
