Once Upon A Child- East Orlando/N. Alafaya

"I love OUAC love shopping there, but this is my least favorite location. It's unfortunate because it's closest to me. Went to shop for my two boys today. Their 6 to 9 month section was very small and to make it worse I pulled at least 10 items that shouldn't have even been in the section. Their 4T section was also lacking for boys. The store needs to be organized better to find what you're looking for. Then when I went to check out. I waited at the green line. 3 workers were all behind the counter, none acknowledged me, finally I asked one if I could check out and she said oh yeah down there she'll get you. The girl barely spoke two words to me."

"I recently telephoned Once Upon A Child to verify they were buying back children bicycles in good working condition. I was told to bring the bikes in, when I arrived at the store the 3 young ladies working the store totally ignored my presences. After standing around waiting for assistance I finally forces one of the attendants to address my presences only to be told that the bike return hours had ended and they were not taking bikes. This left me in such an awkward position that a patron in the store noticed the total disrespect and tried apologiz8eI will never support this business in the futue"

"Just visited Once Upon a Child in the Waterford Lakes shopping center. My wife sent me there to look for any clothes for our constantly growing daughter. This was my first time in the store - I was amazed at the selection of clothing. They have many of the high-end brands, that have hardly been worn. I bought about 10 different outfits, and the prices were very reasonable. The employees at the store were helpful and nice. As a dad, I am not always sure what clothes match. The sales staff was able to show me some good items to pair together. I will definitely be back!"

"To my disappointment, I was completely ignored when I entered this store this afternoon. I was not acknowledged/greeted, welcomed in, smiled at, etc. As if that wasn’t bad enough, just as I thought ‘Well maybe the two associates standing right in front of me were too busy to notice me’… another customer (of a different race) came in and was greeted with great enthusiasm. This entire encounter was blatantly rude, unprofessional and distasteful! I have had bad experiences with associates at this location before, but none of them warranted a negative review until today. This is just a line that should never be crossed, especially in the year 2023… and my daughter was with me. Simply disgraceful."

"This place is a rip off, they make sellers wait before they buy their stuff - after 3 humiliating visits I finally got an offer - I had 4 perfectly good items, they rejected 3 saying they were stained & they offered only $3.50 for an umbrella stroller worth $25 & hardly used. Staff are rude & disrespectful, the stock is over priced & the store smells moldy! I would not recommend shopping there!! They don’t even deserve 1 star!"
