"This stay was pure desperation after the first place booked was even worse than this one. Absolutely disgusting. The entire place is falling apart. My family went to the Gators game, so thankfully, we were only in room for sleep and bathroom activities, which were limited during our stay as the toilet was clogged the entire weekend. The desk pointed to a service closet where a plunger could be found. No offer for maintenance to fix. I did a "sink bath" because the bathroom itself was just too filthy. I didn't let my bare feet touch the floor in this room. The sheets were like sandpaper on the skin. Beds are doubles, and mattresses are horrible. Ours had a big lump down the middle, and it felt like you were going to roll off of it. Very small TV, one of the 2 rooms we booked the TV did not work."

"Most disgusting motel my mother and I visited. Cancelled our reservation because we were unable to answer the phone, so we had to get another room. Shower doesn't even cause you can't control how hot or cold you want it. Can't even change direction of water from showerhead to faucet. For $149 per night, spend your money elsewhere."

"Wonderful nice clean... Staff doesn't bother you... And they're always eager to help no matter what time I need anyting... They were very kind and let me slide with a few dollars until the next day when I could pay them... Very nice kind hearted people... I would definitely recommend this place and I would definitely come back..."

"I was more than happy to get a good deal here. The weekly rate was best for my stay. Two weeks total. The room was clean and welt worth the price considering the price of neighboring hotels/motels. IHOP was my home for breakfast 1/2 mile away! Nice owners here and very attentive to your needs! I will be staying here again soon while trying to get my new lot ready in Levy county. Oh I almost forgot, the beds were awesome! Obviously new, thick , and so SOFT!!!"

"My husband and I stayed for one night on the 16th and we were mortified. There was a dead roach on the floor, the toilet tank was glued together in what appeared to be 3 or 4 pieces, the phone didn't work in the room, the fridge wasn't cold, the bathtub didn't drain well and the room overall looked dirty. We had to call management because there was someone in an adjacent room blaring their music and the base was thumping our walls after 1030 at night. We won't ever stay there again. It was conveniently located to Shands which is why we booked it."
