"The employee at the front desk was having a conversation on her phone while checking us in. the a/c frame fell apart. There were also multiple roaches in the bathroom. Plus the employee smelled very bad."

"Very impressed about his hotel. The breakfast was unbelievable! They even had bacon which you see you very rarely. They didn't skimp on anyting. Everything was brand name at breakfast. The rooms were clean, and they had a strict no smoking policy. In fact we found the head housekeeper walking floor trying to find out who had been smoking in their room.. we were very happy about this as I don't do well with cigarette smoke of any kind. Nice pool and very convenient."

"I ENJOYED staying at Comfort Suites. The staff at front desk was VERY friendly and knowledgeable in helping me with ANYTHING. The room was NICE and spacious and very CLEAN I'll say it again, the room was very clean, comfortable bed, cool little fridge and microwave for my week long stay. My ONLY suggestion would be to either get rid of or do a major cleaning of the couch in room 208 it's an extreme lent and fur ball grabber. The breakfast was simple but hit the spot with eggs and sausage and a serve yourself waffle maker. The pool and gym were nice but could use more seating in pool area. The views by pool were nice, not to open and not to closed off, as I spent each evening at pool. Over all it was a perfect little spot to stay at and will definitely go back. I also enjoyed the fact that it was QUIET Great job Comfort Suites"
