"Visited recently and it doesn't look like much compared to the high rises but it's all business in the front and party in the back (beach side). Don't let this small building fool you. No parking garage to navigate, you don't have to worry about long waits for an elevator and has pool and hottub. If the owners take care of their specific unit(s), Ambassador is an awesome place to stay for vacation! Perfect location, close to Pier Park, restaurants/bar and karaoke across the street, rooms are right on the beach with some sleek studios and beachy one bedrooms with lofts."

"My son booked room 305 via airbnb to take me to the beach one more time. I am 77 and have been going to Panama City Beach since I was a toddler. The room was pristine, and we didn't need to use the shower or any hot water until the day after we arrived. We went to the beach, and wanted to take a shower afterward. We had no hot water. My son called our contact, and they sent someone over. He checked everything, and couldn't find the problem. Just turned up the temp on water heater, and left. NO HOT WATER. We left the next day, with no "sorry you had no hot water", or any compensation at all. CHECK EVERYTHING WHEN YOU CHECK IN!!!!!!!"

"Me and my girlfriend went there for vacation. The room was really nice clean and had utensils for you if you wanted to cook. The bed was very clean and comfortable. An the view was absolutely gorgeous! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back to stay!"

"We stayed here a few years back when things weren't remodeled. If you're looking for something fancy, this isn't the place for you, BUT if you're looking for somewhere nice to lay your head down and be right on the beach, this IS the place for you. We are coming back to Ambassador this year, and based on the pictures I see of the one we are staying in, it looks really nice. Can't wait to be there!"
