"¡what a bad service! try exchanging a gift. And they tried to stop him from doing it. They made as many excuses as they could, and they treated me badly. having the purchase card, the receipts. I come 3 times to the store and they always deny me the return. the manager was rude. she wants to make her clients feel small, come on store or brand you can do better"
