"Our first room was nice looking however the door did not lock when you left. I went back inside the room and attempted to call the front desk but the phone did not work. I called from my cellphone and we got a new room. I took my 8 year old to the pool and there was 1 towel in there but unfortunately the pool was freezing so she didn’t even want to go in (we only booked here because of the indoor pool). When we went to bed the vent turned on and it was extremely loud but only lasted 15 minutes so I stupidly ignored it, I say that because at 2:45am I was startled awake by it turning on again. I fell back asleep but again at 5:45 again it turned on so at that point I got up. I was told at check in that the shuttle was probably not available because it was in the shop so I was given directions to walk to the airport. Overall I would not recommend staying here unless some major maintenance is done. The only redeeming quality was the friendly staff."

"We chose the hotel because of an early morning flight and the amenities it offered. Pool: Water was so cold could not use. Towels left laying on floor. Not cleaned or picked up after pool goers. Gym: Could not use machines because they were wet from pool goers who left wet towels laying on machines and floors. Hallway: Wet and dirty. Room: Extremely loud air-conditioner, dirty carpet and sofa. No house keeping in place to ensure amenities were in order after use by guests throughout the day. Hallways not vacuume. We did not get to use any of the amenities and it felt grungy."

"Fantastic customer service and very friendly and courteous staff. Breakfast is your normal affair, but still tasty. Room is spacious and comfortable. I Highly recommend this hotel. These members of staff made my stay so much more comfortable from Savannah and Lina from check in to Nikki, Alicia, Hannah, and Brylee during my stay"

"It's an okay hotel. Basic breakfast and accommodations, but felt a little tighter than a regular Hyatt Place. Maintenance and long term housekeeping are lacking. The heat didn't work, lots of scuffs and stains and various cosmetic damage and otherwise throughout the building. Our allergies flared up terribly while here. We wouldn't have stayed had we known they don't have a dedicated animal floor. Animals could have been in any room. The staff was very nice, helpful and accommodating."

"if you can get a suite on the end I highly recommend it, a staircase and personal hallway with a view separates you from the rest of the rooms! Super quiet room Dr even right next to the airport, like literally 50 yards maybe. I guess I should also mention that the room itself was almost immaculate to the point it seemed. no one has. ever stayed in it before, closet, fridge, huge shower, great views, desk, sitting area with lots of seating and an amazing mattress for a hotel. Also a gym, heated pool, and then there's a coffee bar, restaurant, business center with PCs, printers, etc and more seating for privacy all in the lobby"
