"If there was a negative star I would give that. We traveled for sports with another family this past weekend and we were greeted by a homeless man screaming at the front desk as we checked in late. We checked into the smelliest room ever and decided to ride it out. We then woke up to find our friends in the room next door had bedbugs. When we went to speak to front desk and ask for manager , there was not one on site. The nice lady then did explain that we were not the first customers complaint of bed bugs and they have been treated before….obviously NOT well. Now no manager is is returning calls, and they charged our friend twice for rooms. Worst service ever!"

"We had the joy of waking up to bed bugs. Talked to the front desk and was told I was the second to complain. Now waiting for a call and was told it could be 3-5 business days and was STILL CHARGED for the room. I can’t even describe how upset I am. Update: I spoke with the Operations Manager the next day and she has been very helpful. A refund has been provided. Still waiting on a call from corporate which is a little frustrating considering the issue."

"I had booked a different hotel in another location, but I decided to book with the Marriott brand. The hotel itself is located in a sketchy area. We noticed vagrants walking near this hotel. The staff was super friendly. The elevator seemed like it is in need of repair. The toilet seat was loose and there was signs of water rust in the bathroom. The bathroom door was off center. There was signs of renovation. I have been a member of Marriott Rewards Club for a very long time and this is definitely the least enjoyable property."
