"hopeless management If you need WiFi internet connection then don't stay here Past 4 days, they're fixing WiFi connection. Requested front desk to reach owner to know this issue but owner is not interested to listen to issue. never... never... consider this hotel to stay...."

"Good location to Waffle House, pool was good, the service score was lack of towels in room, price was high for a Monday, had a gazebo for smoking. There's a lot of hotels in the area, two on either side, they had the best pool of the three."

"Do not get friendly with the lady at front desk days. She will ask for money from you to balance out the cash she is short. She tries to say you didn't pay enough when you pay cash. Although she gives you a receipt reflecting paid in full. Also it says no pets allowed but she will rent to people with pets. Please find somewhere else to stay in Pensacola. Somewhat good location. It's in an area where drug activity occurs. The police are there often."

"Surprisingly clean room and nice bathroom, judging by the other comments we got lucky. But got no sleep the second night because of a group of people playing loud Mexican music at their car drinking, and whooping. The guy at the office was nice enough to give them a warning twice. I even called the police for a noise complaint but they only turned the music off until the police car was gone. All in all, some rooms are really nice, but there is no guarantee of sleep or what you'll get as far as rooms go."

"Okay this was very degrading to me. Non smoking room, but yet all you can smell is cigarettes it’s definitely been smoked in several times, older, hasn’t really been upgraded. All day, all night you can hear everybody up stairs running around. The bed isn’t very comfortable, only two pretty worn out pillows. Doesn’t even smell clean honestly. It almost looks like mold or something trying to grow on the bathroom ceiling. Parking lot is very small. Hard to park a big vehicle in tight spots. I’d never stay here again. Check the reviews before you book. Unfortunately I waited last minute to book and everything else was booked out. Never never again."
