"We love Ooh La La pet spa!! Our baby girl Rudy always looks great! She's had different groomers, and all do a great job with our fur baby, who isn't the easiest to tackle."
"I can’t say enough good things about Ooh La La and their staff! My dog absolutely loves coming here! When I moved here, I toured multiple facilities and I can honestly say this one is by far the best. From their personal approach, beautiful and clean facility, and the care given to my dog. Whether it be daycare, boarding, or grooming -they are by far superior! Thank you guys so much!"
"I have been using the mobile grooming for several years. I absolutely love Miss Jeannie! She does amazing work with all 4 of our pups. She is always on time and always communicates with me. I would recommend Ooh La La’s mobile pet grooming service time and time again!"
"I’ve taken my dog there 3 times. The first time was good but the last two times they have cut her very incorrectly. I asked for a classic shih tzu cut. Just a round face and to keep her body short. They cut her face into a weird triangle. Almost taking her hair to the skin on her entire head. The third time I asked to speak to the groomer to explain I want a fluffy round face and they made her face look like an inverted bowl. Like if she was wearing a visor. On top of that they cut her tongue?! Drew blood and all, and then told me she was licking too much. In result they barely touched her chin area. I’ve owned dogs my whole life and have NEVER heard of someone cutting their tongue. Very upset and will not be returning."
