"My cats FINALLY recovered from the URI they received from being neutered at the Norwood location. One of my boys had to be taken back bc tissue was hanging from his incision. Norwood fixed that (even though I could hear my boy screaming from the waiting room) I took them to Cassat for treatment and it was a whirl, but I can't be mad. Everything worked out in the end."
"Today November 4th 2023 We laid our baby bitty Melody to sleep. May she awake in heaven to be with all the other Angel's like her. She truly was ours."
"Great place for your lovely pets. They were Amazing with My Hünd . Great prices and great staff. The ladies their are Awesome thanks for taking care of my baby."
"We were seen quickly right when our appointment was. The tech was so friendly and the vet was amazing. My dog is usually shy around new people and he was immediately friendly to the staff. We did two annual packages for our two dogs and brought up some issues the dog were having. They offered us multiple options to treat the dogs (arthritis and allergies). They ranged from cheap to expensive for price of treatment. It was nice to be given multiple options depending on our finances. I always recommend this place to my friends with pets. Appointments are far out, about 3 weeks. It is not an ideal place for emergencies or immediate visits. I do have a backup place for situations like that. But for annual visits and non emergent issues, this place is perfect."
"Great experience for our first time! I was very late to my appointment because I had the time wrong. The doctor was so kind to take us anyway although we were 3 hours late. Thankfully my Aussie only needed a yearly checkup. We paid $110 for the annual dog package and $141 for 6 months of heart worm and flea meds. I saw this is a great deal!"
