"Reached out to them to fill a script. They told me they couldn't fill it as a 90 day because of the insurance. Reached out to insurance, they said it's not them. Finally get a supervisor on the phone and they tell me oh they can't do it (even though they've been doing it for quite some time) because it doesn't make them enough money. Now. I get it. Businesses are businesses, and they only care about their bottom line. But don't lie to me. Don't tell me it's my insurance, when it's really your greed. We're moving all our scripts we had there away, and will not use them anymore. I don't do business with people who want to lie to me, give me the run around, and can't be up front about it. If you're going to take a stance that you're not making enough by filling my script, then own it, speak up and be honest. Shady."

"They always keep on top of when your medications need refills and notify you of when you need to call your doctor for any changes you want to make, such as a bad reaction to a new med. and letting everyone know if you are discontinuing a med., etc They are very professional yet friendly and always able to answer your questions regarding a new med.
