"Update to my previous review below: I went into this store recently and was given a poor attitude again. I expected much more from a brand that sells $300+ shoes. It’s a shame because the shoes themselves are spectacular. But, they lost my business. Old review: I would give 5 stars but when I first walked in, a somewhat disinterested lady was reluctantly helping me, and it felt like walking into a common shoe store where you basically help yourself. In fact she was quite condescending to me at one point and I was ready to walk out. Luckily a very nice gentleman took over and suddenly it was the AE I was used to - extremely courteous and professional treatment, so much so that I bought two pairs. Yes these shoes are on the pricey side, but they are one of the few brands that are actually made in the USA (with some exceptions) and are on par with Italian- and French-made shoes all day long. Anyway, when you go out of your way to treat the customer with respect and dignity, they think far less about price."

"One of two places in Orlando (that I know of) that sells REAL men shoes. All made in the U.S. Very elegant dressing shoes. You'll find them pricey, but you'll see why."

"It is sad to say but this physical store does NOT carry any at all wide big sizes they don’t stock them. If your foot is bigger than a 9 forget it won’t ever know how a wider shoe feels. Quality of shoe is amazing I got a pair of their Loafers and I usually go with a wide shoe. In this brand I was a 13 3e. I would had given them a 5 star but do to them not having wide bigger shoes I can’t. Staff is nice they did try helping me in finding my size ordered for me."

Rachelle the manager is very friendly and helpful; one never senses she’s just trying to make a sale, she wants you to be happy. I wish all retail experiences were like this Allen Edmonds location!"
