"Very friendly establishment during our holiday shopping at the Destin Commons. We were on a souvenir hunt and ended up with a couple of stickers and a magnet. However, they are loaded with shirts and other apparel. Hope all stayed safe during the recent storms. Blessings for the New Year!"

"I bought two pair of swimming trunks from this location of the exact same size. One pair fit me perfectly and the other pair was way too small. I went back the next day with a receipt and the tag still on the swimming trunks and simply asked that they exchange them for one size differently, and the store refused citing company policy. The receipt did say that there were no returns, which I understood and did not ask for. The receipt said nothing about exchanges. I had planned to buy multiple more items from the location, because I liked the shorts but after that experience, I chose to never buy from them again. Salt life it’s time to change your policy."

"Terrible business, I went in just looking to buy a pair of sunglasses expecting to walk out with a pair. The guy sold me $50.00 sunglasses for $200.00. I get you gotta make a profit but thats just outrageous. Tried calling to see if there could be any slight reimbursement and no luck as of yet. Go somewhere that wont try and rob you."

"We always shop Salt Life when we go to Destin Fla at the Miramar outlet store twice a year. This year 2021 as usual I went I. And spent over $100. I bought some lounge pants that showed large on the hanger but when I returned to New Orleans and went to wash them, they were a small. I tried to look up a Salt Life store near me but Destin was the closest. I called to see if I could buy a new pair and mail back the size small for a credit when I receive the new ones. The answer… no we don’t do that (from the store Mgr)this is poor business how am I going to return this item when I live 5 hours away. Remember Salt Life more than half of your sales I’m sure are from visitors from out of town. NOT COOL!!!"
