"The manager, Julio, was extremely, EXTREMELY, rude!!! When walking in, nobody greeted us. We went to the counter to return an online purchase for two boots. The lady messed up the whole transaction and had to ask the manager, Julio, for help. I show the Julio the email with instructions on how to return online orders in store and he told me they couldn’t do it. I tell him “we drove over here, so can we figure something out. I’m showing you the exact instructions word for word to return in store” he said “you’re getting mad, don’t get mad when you can just ship them back” I explained I wasn’t mad, but I am getting a little frustrated & I didn’t want to pay shipping fees to ship them back” — he literally said “well you paid for gas to get here” Like excuse me???????? I’m already here now! That was beyond unprofessional & then I proceeded to tell him that the comment did indeed just upset me. He immediately asked me my order number and returned it with no problem! Why give me a hard time when it was that easy? I will never return to that store. He was unbelievably rude and unnecessary."

"Staff was extremely rude to both me and my toddler. No one’s greeted us upon entering, no one asked if we needed help, and when I went up the counter asking for help all 5 girls standing at the register had me do a run around the store instead of helping me find anything. I felt like I was being racially profiled as I tried to signed up for the rewards program and the manager asked me to come back 2 weeks later as if I didn’t have the money to pay. My child starts daycare on Monday and needs these clothes asap. Children’s place has nice clothes but I will not be returning after this experience."

"Staff extremely unprofessional and unhelpful went in first customer of the day just doing a return took 45 minutes because they register were not open. I like children place clothing they fit my son perfectly but I will continue to shop online instead of going into this location."
