"WARNING: this store did a bait and switch on sales prices. have signs with sale prices that they won’t honor. they then had us stand i. the store and call best buy hq to hassle with corp instead of honoring their prices in store THEY ARE CHANGING PRICES NOW THAT WE ASKED THEM TO HONOR THE LISTED PRICE. off to walmart exact TV is 100 less than their cash register price. no idea what the price is until you drag it to the cashier."

"Used to be great, no longer really cares about the customers lol. You can buy things there but don’t expect to much help after. All you do is wait talk to someone then have you call customer care. Some good people working there but they really cant help you. For example bought a used washer at excellent condition arrived all dented up. Their solution by a new one pay the difference or return it. Would love to have got what I paid for initially. Man used to love Bestbuy never thought Amazon would be more helpful and willing to work with customers. My total premium will not be renewed after it expires."

"I waited 20 minutes in the online queue for assistance while watching associates aimlessly wandering.. a group of 4 of them standing in the back corner of the store chatting with each other…. Others shuffling product around on shelves desperately trying to look like they were unaware of my presence.. always have this experience here.. I hate these corporate big box retail places… they should really implement a commission system and get a little fire under these sad lost souls.. not only is it frustrating as a customer.. but it’s a sad reminder of the apathy and lethargy gripping the upcoming generations… I miss when most people had a strong work ethic and really wanted to be of service. I think I just turned into my grandmother ..but that’s how I feel!"
