"Local: Went to BAB in the commons for the first time with my 1.5 year old. Upon entering the store we received ZERO greeting from any of the 5 staff members. I was browsing bears with my child and she picked out the reindeer, at which point one staff person walked over looked at me and said “a reindeer, really?” This was irritating but I wanted to have a nice time with my child. So we kept browsing. Finally we decided on the deer and looked around for what was next.. again zero guidance. So I went to the counter where the staff was huddled talking and said “hi this is our first time here, we don’t know what we are doing” to which one responded “just get in line over there, she will explain it all”. So we got in line and received the cold shoulder from the girl stuffing the bear, we had to prompt her to let my child kiss and stuff her own heart in the bear. Needless to say this whole experience was off putting and very rude. We will not be back to visit this BAB."

"Went there 2 days after my daughter’s second birthday on 12/27, to do her birthday bear. Got told I needed a bonus bear account to do it and that I’d receive an email for the birthday promotion and once we got that email we can do the birthday bear, that they needed the barcode from the email to scan. I made the account in the parking lot and then left. After checking the email for 2 weeks I finally went on customer support and they said that this email doesn’t exist and that they just check my account and I should have been able to do it same day and that now since it’s January we are not able to do it any longer."

"Came here to build a bear for my aunt. Not a single soul greeted me nor offered help. Their employees seem like they're in pain all the time, I even felt bad for them. This location have a good variety so that's good. They changed the voice things and now the sound is so low we can't even hear it."

"The absolute most horrid experience ever. I called beforehand to ask if they had birthday bears in stock as we go every year to get a birthday bear (we also buy several throughout the year). The manager told me that they couldn’t honor the bear discount because I wasn’t there with my son and his dad was the one (my husband) who was taking him to make the bear. I didn’t have a chance to call my husband to tell him since I was working and in the mean time he went in himself with my son to make the bear. They finally allowed for the birthday bear to be made but said he had to “add on” an outfit to the bear- completely untrue because I called their online customer service number. I later called to speak to the store manager as well as lorie and they were extremely rude and hung up on me twice, because I was explaining the frustration that they caused for a simple birthday bear to be made. All in all, I filed a complaint with their customer service line and opened a case. I have never in my life been so dumb founded by the rudeness of a store employee. I will never be back and will not recommend this location to anyone."

"Prices are not displayed the greatest. We looked at some buy one get one half off bears, grabbed two. Continued through our fun journey, go to pay… $73! We tell the lady it seems steep considering they are bogo, nope didn’t apply to those ones even though they had the sign, matched the photo on the bogo tag. So you either stick with the ungodly price or look rude by leaving."
