"Always like coming to this store. But on Saturday 5/13 I went to causally shop. There was an employee tall guy with long blonde hair that was working around 12-12:30 when I was in store. He offered help. I appreciated it but I was shopping and I thanked him. I continued to look through shirts indecisive. He made it a point to follow behind every shirt I touched to ask if I was getting it or not. Told me I was wasting my time looking around. Is this not how you shop? I was extremely annoyed because I couldn’t just be left alone to shop without him trying to force me to buy something at that moment or leave. Atp I asked him to leave me alone he continued to make slick remarks. So I put down the item I was holding and went to purchase at a different store. I’ve never had a worse experience zumies. That was the rudest and most unnecessary interaction between customer and employee. Altamonte mall top floor. I won’t return and will be speaking out about it."

"I was racially profiled, accused of stealing and kicked out of the store over a five dollar air fresher. I offered to take everything out of the one bag I had to prove i didn’t have it and he kicked me out anyway. It was a tall blonde employee names Anthony."

Matt is always engaging with us about what we’re skating and what’s coming up, literally the best customer service!!! You got to stop and shop here for your skateboarding!!"
